Noah is a two time Independent Spirit Award nominated film and branded content producer based in NY and LA. After starting his career at Cinetic Media in packaging, single picture finance and consulting working on a slate of films including FADING GIGOLO and THE BLING RING, he segued into producing his own films through his former production company Young Gunner Films which was a member of the inaugural Dogfish Accelerator. 

His films have screened at dozens of domestic and international festivals including Cannes, TIFF, Telluride, Deauville, Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca, LAFF, Rooftop, Sitges, Indie Memphis, Champs-Elysees, BAM, and numerous others. Past awards include the Empire State Filmmaker Award, US in Progress Top Prize, Lund Int'l Siren Award, and the Tribeca Audience Award. His films have participated in the Big Vision Empty Wallet, Frontieres, FIN Partners, Trans Atlantic Partners, and US in Progress programs.

As a branded content producer, he has produced series and spots for Infiniti, Chase, Knob Creek, OnStar, Discover LA, Applebee's, Moet & Chandon, Nespresso, Lincoln, Benjamin Moore, Samsung, JCPenney and numerous others with Native Advertising and DigiDay recognition. Contract producer experience includes work with Mic Vantage, Conde Nast, Invisible North, Unbundled Underground, LEROI, Native Hope, and more. He is a founding partner of The Hexagon Initiative and its sister production company Hexagon Studio. Hexagon has produced campaigns for Jos A BANK, Tomo, Nespresso, Court & Rowe, Hasbro, Torch & Crown, Google's Sidewalk Labs, Officer & Gentleman, Barbados Tourism, Flo, Chase, and more as well as supported several shorts and features through a fiscal sponsorship grant program.

Recent work includes the documentary RED, WHITE & WASTED which premiered at Tribeca where it was highlighted by the NY Times and Filmmaker Magazine. He followed that with THE CLIMB which won the Coup de Coeur Award at Cannes as part of Un Certain Regard where it was acquired by Sony Pictures Classics.


Other recent projects include Film Threat "Award This" Winner MINOR PREMISE (Fantasia / Sitges), and THIS IS NOT A WAR STORY (Urbanworld / DWF: LA) from executive producer Rosario Dawson which was acquired by WarnerMedia's OneFifty initiative and released day and date by HBOmax. The film was later nominated for the John Cassavetes Award at the 2022 Independent Spirit Awards.

Upcoming projects include Carter Smith's SWALLOWED (US in Progress), MOM & DAD'S NIPPLE FACTORY (Doclands DocPitch / Visit Films) from director Justinsuperstar, DEAD DON'T SPEAK (Frontieres / FIN Partners) with director Justin Oakey for Particular Crowd and Marvista Entertainment, and ALL THE NAMES WE BURIED (Frontieres / SVFF Producers Grant Finalist) with director Thomas Torrey for Bad Theology Pictures. 

He graduated from Swarthmore College in 2010 with a BA in Film & Media and has served on the advisory boards for the Barbados Independent Film Festival and the Tallgrass Film Festival. He currently has projects in development with Peacock, XTR, Watch This Ready, Estuary Films, eOne, and more.
